- We provide loans only to our members.
- Loans to the members shall be given against the securities of real estate property papers.
- The rate of interest on gold loans would be 16% to 19%.
- The repayment period of such loan shall not exceed 7 years.
- The rate of interest shall be calculated on the reducing balance method.
- In the case of immovable property, the loan shall not exceed 50% of the value of the property offered as security.
- The rate of interest shall be calculated on the reducing balance method.
